How It Works

Where the jobs come from

A scheduled worker collects jobs every few hours from public job APIs (such as Remotive, RemoteOK, Arbeitnow and Himalayas) and from companies' public Greenhouse career boards. Duplicates are removed, each job is sorted into a category, and location, workplace type and experience level are detected from the listing text. Jobs older than 30 days are expired automatically. Collected jobs link to the original posting, where you apply.

Jobs posted by employers on this site are reviewed by a moderator first, and you apply to them right here.

For job seekers

1. 1. Create an accountSign up and choose “Find a job” during onboarding.
2. 2. Search and filterFilter by category, country, workplace type, experience and salary.
3. 3. Save jobs and set alertsSave jobs for later and get notified when new jobs match your keywords.
4. 4. Apply and trackApply on-site to employer jobs and follow each application's status.

For employers

1. 1. Create an employer accountSign up, choose “Hire people” and add your company details.
2. 2. Post a jobDescribe the role, salary, location and workplace type.
3. 3. Moderator reviewA moderator approves the job (or explains what to fix) before it goes live.
4. 4. Review applicantsShortlist, reject or hire; each update notifies the candidate.
