Real Job Hunter is a job search website built as a Final Year Project.
Real Job Hunter brings jobs from several places into one searchable website. Most listings are collected automatically from public job APIs and company career pages, and each one links to its original posting. Employers can also create an account and post jobs directly; those jobs are checked by a moderator before they appear on the site, and candidates can apply to them here.
The site uses Next.js, MongoDB and Clerk for sign-in, with role-based access control for five roles: job seeker, employer, moderator, admin and super admin. A background worker refreshes listings on a schedule and expires old ones.
